We welcome guests looking to relax all year round in our two-story, 3-bedroom apartment with a capacity of up to 10 people. The apartment is equipped with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area, balcony, terrace, cable TV, separate televisions in each room, WiFi, and air conditioning.

It is located approximately 300 meters (a 5-minute walk) from the rear entrance of the spa and the adventure park, and 500 meters from the Aqua Palace. Nearby you can find shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, wine bars, currency exchange offices, and ice cream parlors.

In our spacious and beautiful garden, guests can enjoy grilling, cooking in a cauldron, or traditional bacon roasting. Children can have fun at the playground. The area is მშვიდ, pleasant, and ideal for relaxation for both young and elderly guests alike.
